Developing your potential

What is The FutureFit Index

The Future Fit Index is a self-assessment that assesses the fifteen critical skills – future fit skills – needed to be effective now and in the future world of work. Our detailed report provides respondents with awareness of their level of readiness across these skills, as well as suggested developmental pathways for each of the skills assessed.

Our Mission

To help build individuals, teams, leaders and organisations who are future fit.

Our Value Proposition

We assess readiness of key future fit skills and provide a learning pathway for developing the required skills.

The claim that machines will steal our jobs is a much feared and debated topic of discussion. In fact it is also possible that technological changes underway will create more jobs in different sectors, if history is any indication.

The question we should be asking is not whether technology will render us obsolete, but rather “Will I rise to the challenge of learning what is required to stay relevant in the future world of work?”

With this future already upon us, it is important that we pick up our pace of change and look to build capability that helps us to master the skills, behaviours and knowledge required to adapt, thrive and succeed within an ever changing world.
